Holiday Blunders!!

To start off, I know i've neglected this blog but it wasn't really on purpose but anyways i plan to maintain it as of now.
Well as you all don't know, I have been onholiday to East-africa namely the big U and theland ofthe Masaai. It was alot of fun and i really did enjoy myself apart from a few problems i came across.
Kenya was relatively okay apart from the tremors and the really weirdweather that couldn't decideifit wanted to be warmor cold.
Though Uganda had alot more interesting stories.
Going out once my cousin and I encountered those ladies who beat up chicks with guys cause they think you are taking their customer though luckily we were safe since the gyus left us in the car. Family feuds were top of the list, funnily, but in the end you just laugh it all off. Though the most scary experience i got into was when i was with a friend of mine who had come to see me. We parked in his car a few meters from where i was staying at my aunts and since we were in such a dark spot he kept flashing his lights every so often!!! So one of the names gotscaredandrangupthe police and told him theres a car parked outside his gate, now we were not exactly infront of anyones gate. So thepolice guy and this guy both come up towards us and he's like stop having sex and get out of the car who are you? and such stuff so my friend does so gave him his name and explains what we were actually doing which was talking and all. So hestarts tosay icanarrest you for some weird law which has to do with peeping and watching how people move around and all. Since the guy i waswith plays rugby and all my so called neighbour recognised him and since i stated where i was staying the neighbour was like yes i know where she stays and all so its okay. So soon as we thought phew we're off the hook the police decides to give us a lecture mostly telling us about the days of CHOGM now my friend made the mistake of saying that he thinks nothing of it and boy did that anger the police guy he was like "okay now me im going to arrest you" And i thought shit!!! Then he started going on about how he would've shot us both and stuff like that.At the end of it all he asks "So now who is going to buy me a soda""?? I just thank God for shutting me up because I would've spoken my mind!!Apart from that I've become a pro at sneaking out of the house!!! I lost alot ofmoney going out, got on my first boda boda, almost got my cousin and I shot because I wanted to walk home a like 4am in the mroning, there must've been a gang fight around the area, I fought with alot of people mainly for good reasons but if i wasn't under the influence then i doub t it would've ever comeout im glad it did. And everytime i snuk out during the day/evening before dinner i would always end up in a car thats out of fuel so my cousins would be beeping me like every second telling me you have to come home now, i came to realise how serious my butterfingerness is, i fellalot especially when sneaking back into the houseand well the last freaky thing that happened was when i decided to go somewhere from my dads place with a friend of mine, i was all the way in ngong and my dad called and i told him i was in kileleshwa and he's like im coming(he was in westlands) For thosewho dont know ngong is veeeeeeeery far like 20-30minute drive with traffic and from wetlands to kileleshwa 5-10 minutes!! Damn!!
When i think of more experiences, ill make sure to post them.I'll try post every week.

Long time.

I'm so ashamed, its been over a month since i last blogged. I blame in all on a very tight schedule AND laziness:) Something im also quite good at. Well i welcomed my New Year in style, even before we were drunk(well uncle Ben was haha) we were held up by the police, ugh. More on that story is on Njutti's blog ha!! Oh yeah and Priscilla sprained her ankle which resulted in us coming home early, very early!! You know even Judi (Our driver:))who wasn'teally that excited in staying out wud've have done so because her crew was out, as in why can;t people watch their steps haha, the chick was having such a good discussion, or maybe she was gossiping, well one of em two, that she got so caught up in it she missed a step:) Ofcourse we cudn't have left her there sitting on a bar stool the whole night while we were enjoying ourselves, so we did what was right.

Other thing was i went for my grandads last memorial, i was so happy that atleast i got to be part of that. But the village is not for me, if i had just used my head and not gone with the first batch of people that went i wud've had an extra night in a comfortable bed without mosquitoes bugging me the whole night, As in im so allergic to the place its unbelieveable. My skin could not handle that water, as in forget the coldness, its hard water and it isnt the best kind of water, i just basically flamed up but ah well it was an experience, im glad i went so that i dont need to go again for some time. Other than that, everything else is back on track as usual, and i just can't wait for summer, coz ill be back home causing some chaos as usual :)

Till next time, Tchuss.
